All PetMo drivers are carefully selected from our established network and receive training to ensure they are comfortable and capable of transporting pets. Your PetMo driver may be a pet lover themselves!
PetMo vehicles allow up to 4 passengers and can comfortably accommodate up to 3 small/medium pets or 2 large pet with a minimum of 1 rider.

FAQ on PetMo
1. How do I book a ride with PetMo?
Booking a ride with PetMo is easy! Simply click Pet Transport under Services section, enter your location, destination, and select the pet-friendly ride option to book your ride. There will be guiding questions to help you with your booking!
2. What if my pet needs special accommodations?
If your pet has specific needs, such as being elderly or requiring a special carrier, please communicate this during the booking process. Our customer support team will do their best to accommodate your requests.
3. Is there a limit to the number of pets I can bring?
While we aim to accommodate all pets, there may be limits based on the vehicle size and type of pets. We recommend up to “3 small/medium or 2 large pets” but do check with customer support to specify your needs during the booking process.
4. What happens if I need to cancel my booking?
If you need to cancel your booking, you can do so through our website or contact us at whatsapp: 8024 1561 during office hours or email us at support@petservices.sg. Riders can cancel the booking order without penalty if it’s done 5 hours before the designated time. Cancellation policies may vary, so please refer to our terms and conditions for specific details on cancellation fees and procedures.
